Agency training platform launches in Scotland

Industry training platform The Able Agent has launched in Scotland.

First to launch is the ABBE Ofqual regulated Level 3 Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice (Scotland), equivalent to an SCQF Level 6, part of the RQF framework.

The launch means agents operating in Scotland will be able to undertake the full set of Able Agent training, with a view to obtaining accredited qualifications covering both lettings and property management in Scotland. Prior to this, Scottish agents were only able to access the platform for business skills and general training.

Now, following thorough research and development by the Able Agent, the course content has been greatly extended to cover the requirements and regulations of letting and property management in Scotland. It has been designed to help agents to navigate this area, and to gain a broader understanding of how to increase their knowledge and progress towards an accredited qualification.
