ESTAS launches Big Postcode Reveal event

The ESTAS Group has scheduled a Big Postcode Reveal event in April to detail winners of its latest award category.

The Best in Postcode category was launched at last year’s ESTAS Awards but rather than waiting for the October ceremony to reveal the winners, they will be unveiled on 26 April.

Director Ben Marley said this would help agents promote their services during the busy Spring and Summer months.

He said: “Every postcode winner will receive a free medal license and free marketing pack to promote their win across all of their online, social media and printed marketing activities with no date restrictions.

“Every agent that subscribes to the ESTAS customer review platform is eligible for the Best in Postcode category and the annual ESTAS awards, as our customer review solution enables agents to demonstrate the service standards they deliver to clients. 

“Reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures that all reviews submitted are genuine, providing consumers with valuable insights. The reviews can also be converted to Google. The ESTAS Review solution also provides specialist consumer and customer insights and data to property professionals to enhance their reputations and generate new business.”
 

The ‘Big Postcode Reveal’ event will be broadcast live online on Friday 26 April, presented by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer.

He said: “The work of agents is vastly underrated by the general public and its only when clients go through the process that they understand the effort, complexity and sheer hard work that goes into their job. I think it says a great deal about an agent who sign up to ESTAS. They care about their reputation and they care about their customers and are committed to giving customers the best possible service they can.”

Winners of the Best in Postcode Category will automatically be shortlisted for the regional or national awards to be announced at the prestigious ESTAS Awards in October.

The regional and national ESTAS winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 18 October in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals. The event also features the now legendary Official ESTAS After Party held in the spectacular Ballroom at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
