TwentyEA has unveiled a suite of new marketing solutions combining its data tools, giving estate agents greater flexibility over their prospecting options and access to performance data..
Available to agents with up to 10 branches, the new packages have been built to combine TwentyEA’s Prospect tool with Spotlight, Insight and Search products and include the launch of a unique new product giving agents the option of smart marketing via mobile devices to increase brand awareness.
The data insights support agents to select the right properties to target, helping them to demonstrate their professionalism and market knowledge, offer detailed property information with access to whole of market coverage, demonstrate they are the right agent to win the instruction, and increase their market share.
These tools can now be combined with mobile marketing. Agents will have the ability to deliver their messages to targeted mobile devices using Forecast, TwentyEA’s AI dataset, which predicts properties likely to come to the market in the next two months.
Katy Billany, executive director of TwentyEA, said: “We’ve built a series of low-cost solutions to help agents generate more leads, convert more appraisals and raise their fees.
“By combining our products in this way, agents can demonstrate an informed view of the market with granular data insights and showcase their expertise with performance statistics to potential vendors on why they’re the best agent to sell their property. Importantly, they’ll now be able to run multi-channel campaigns to generate more leads.
“This is a powerful combination, making instructions more likely and allowing agents to raise their fees confidently on the back of their high-performance, verified by our independent data.
“We’re excited to incorporate these data packages with a mobile marketing offering which has already helped create and build brand awareness for many of our clients. Agents can display their own adverts on the mobile phones of those who are considering moving within their local area or frustrated vendors who are looking to switch agents.”
