Zoopla is rolling out more branded taxis as it recorded a record January for unique vendor leads, the portal claims.
The property website said the number of these high-value leads delivered to agents was up 13% annually last month.
It comes after Zoopla launched a marketing campaign on Christmas Day, which has now been extended.
Adverts will continue to run across some of the UK’s most highly viewed programmes including new Married at First Sight Australia, Love Island All Stars final and football games across the Premier and Champions League.
This will be supported by Zoopla’s AI-powered local market messaging, tailored to 50 local authority regions via Facebook and Instagram - with the messaging now scaling to YouTube to deliver more market insight and drive consumers directly to local listings pages on Zoopla.
Session impact from digital campaign channels alone, a fancy way of describing the number of consumers visiting Zoopla.co.uk after seeing the ads, has doubled from the fourth quarter, the portal said.
To further support regional performance efforts, Zoopla-wrapped taxis have also gone live in Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.
Commenting on the launch, Nikki Cole, director of national sales for Zoopla said: “We promised agents increased marketing investment from Zoopla in 2024, and we’re pleased to start delivering against this by extending our latest marketing campaign.
“Our goal is that this will help agents to make the most of the seasonal uplift in the property market and capitalise on the buyers and sellers currently in market.”
