Estate agency software and CRM provider Street.co.uk has unveiled new features on its built-in artificial intelligence (AI) Content Writing Model.
Revealed among 20 new features at the Street.co.uk showcase last week, the new AI feature helps agents maintain their brand identity, while benefiting from the efficiencies of utilising AI.
Agents can benefit from instant AI content generation for both emails and property descriptions within their CRM, all written in the agency’s unique tone of voice.
Users will be able to train their own AI Writing Model to craft content in exactly the way they want to communicate.
By inputting up to three examples of your favourite property descriptions and email content, Street AI uses this material to train itself on your agency’s bespoke writing style. It will mimic both your style, tone and structure with both emails and property descriptions.
The CRM provider said this will reduce the time required for description writing from an hour to just 5 minutes. This eliminates the need for agents to manually modify AI-generated content to align with their brand.
Other features unveiled at the showcase included a new key performance indicator dashboard, letting agents custom-build their own personal, branch, or company-level display to offer a view of everything from key metrics to team performance.
It also launched electronic and automatic anti-money laundering checks, handled by Landmark and digital and customisable property information questionnaires/
Tom Staff, co-founder of Street.co.uk, said: “As an award-winning CRM supplier known for cutting-edge innovation, we’re fully committed to providing our agents with the very best technology - releasing new features every week to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.
“These new developments go one step further in helping agents run their business in the most efficient way - while significantly elevating their consumer experience.”
