Estate agency software provider Street.co.uk has launched a fully automated and integrated Property Information Questionnaire (PIQs) that can be accessed directly within its platform.
It claims this is a first for any CRM and will mean vendors can be registered and add property details in an hour rather than in days.
Revealed late last month during Street.co.uk’s Showcase Event, the PIQs automates the process of collecting material information information to minimise the compliance burden on agents.
When creating a PIQ in Street.co.uk, the platform highlights any question that captures material information rules, which are then sent to the vendor’s app for completion to ensure listings are accurate and comprehensive.
Once the questionnaire is submitted back to the agent, all property data and answers instantly sync with the Street CRM.
Using the data collected, agents can now write listings in seconds using Street’s AI Property Description Generator and send for approval directly to vendors.
Street.co.uk said more than 3,500 custom property information questions were created by users in just two weeks of launching, and more than 600 completed PIQs were submitted back from vendors.
The CRM provider added that 80% of vendors using the mobile app have approved or made edits to their listings through the new digital onboarding process.
