Lomond secures high-profile residential development hire

Agency acquirer Lomond has recruited Tony Haran as its new head of residential development.

He brings experience from both Knight Frank and the CBRE but more recently he worked with an investment platform backed by Goldman Sachs to help acquire single-family housing across the UK. 

Haran will head up Lomond’s residential development department, overseeing the transaction of land, bulk deals of housing and apartments, both on and off plan, while also arranging funding for property developers in collaboration with the firm’s network of brands.

Lomond’s residential development team also sources property on behalf of clients, while providing consultancy and market research support.

The team itself sits within Lomond Investment Management, which currently manages 45,000 residential units and allows the firm to provide industry leading market insight and opportunities to its existing client base.
