OnTheMarket (OTM) has surpassed 15,000 advertisers for the first time in its history.
The milestone comes in the first 60 days since the portal was acquired by US retail giant CoStar.
The figure includes both agents and developments, exceeding its previous high of 13,867 recorded back in June 2020.
A spokesman for Estate Agent Today said the portal was unable to detail the split between agency and developer advertisers.
OTM also reported that unique monthly visitors are up 81% annually and the number of agent offices has increased by 10% since the CoStar acquisition.
Jason Tebb, president of OTM, said: “Surpassing 15,000 advertisers marks another significant milestone in our journey to becoming the number one, agent-friendly residential property portal in the UK. I’m proud to have each of our advertisers on board and their support is a strong endorsement of the direction the business is going.
“We are committed to continuing to provide the service and platform our agent and developer customers value at fair and sustainable prices. With the backing, expertise, and resources of CoStar Group, we believe we are well-placed to change the UK portal landscape.”
In contrast, Zoopla has around 19,000 agents and housebuilders but doesn't provide a breakdown of the two, while Rightmove reported in its annual accounts earlier this month that it has 15,839 agency customers out of 18,785 advertisers.

Just need them 15000 Advertisers to remove listing with other portals, then Agents will finally get their freedom from Rightmove ridiculous rates.
It is FREE!!! lets just see how many there are after the 12 months are up.
