Coup for Self-Employed Agency Brand as high flying agent joins

An agent with 15 years experience at high end agencies Hamptons and Knight Frank has joined a self-employed brokerage brand.

Sally Jane Hobson, who previously worked at the two high profile agencies in the Buckinghamshire area, has now joined Moveli. 

This follows a recent move to Moveli by an ex-Hamptons director - Philip Knight - in February. 

Moveli describes itself as “a fast growing brokerage model that operates in high value areas, mainly in London, the South East and South West.” 

Co-founder Ben Littlewood says: “We are building a sort of Savills/Knight Frank/Hamptons 2.0 in the self- employed broker space with all the advantages that brings to both the client and the agent.

Moveli started life in 2018 claiming to charge vendors less while paying estate agents more, with agents not having traditional offices but being free - if they wished - to work out of their homes, cars or cafes.

It also boasts that in 2023 its brokers achieved an average 98.1% of asking price and 98.4% of asking rent.
