A well-known Surrey estate agent has rebranded.
Burns & Webber is rebranding to adopt its parent company’s name Curchods.
The four Burns & Webber offices in Farnham, Cranleigh, Godalming and Guildford will be joining the existing and long-established Curchods network that spans Surrey and South West London, with 25 offices along the A3 corridor.
Curchods became a sole residential sales business in May 1990 and acquired Burns & Webber in 2007.
Senior partner Andrew Dewar said: "Rebranding to Curchods marks a significant milestone in our journey. This strategic move aligns with our vision of providing an enhanced service and a more comprehensive market reach throughout Surrey and beyond. The strong foundation and relationships laid by our four offices enables us to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and the wider property landscape.
Over the coming weeks Curchods will be unveiling a new identity, which will include a fresh new look for the offices and for sale boards.
Dewar added: “Our rebranding will be a seamless transition, as other than the name, nothing else is changing. The values and ethos that have defined Burns & Webber's success are embedded in the heart of Curchods. Our teams of professional property experts, are known for making our clients’ house moving journeys simpler.
“They are committed to taking the strain, unravelling the complexities of moving home, and being problem solvers and solution providers. They are our clients’ default ‘go to’ resource for anything until the job is done. Ultimately, this is because our staff totally believe that our clients deserve the utmost care and the very best expert advice when moving home.”
