A property recruitment firm that already works with almost 100 estate agencies has rebranded.
Genum Recruitment, which has helped supply talent to the agency sector for 14 years, has changed its name and branding to James & Partners.
James & Partners, headquartered in London, has recently moved to a remote work model, allowing recruiters to work from home permanently. This shift is supported by three annual trips aimed at team building, a unique coaching system, and an extensive technology-based recruitment platform.
It has also promoted George Burkitt, one of its longest-standing members, to the position of partner.
Burkitt said: “It’s an exciting time for the business. We have had a great start to 2024 and the second quarter is looking strong with new clients and existing job demands. Our rebrand will help us further develop into financial and build markets where a lot of our focus is and also attract the top talent within the industry.”
Complementing this leadership, Alex Turnbull joined in 2022 and has brought a wealth of industry experience with reputable brands to launch a surveying department whilst facilitating operational growth strategies.
Zak James, the company's founder, added: “After a significant restructure of the whole business, changing our name to James & Partners gives us the opportunity to recognise the talent within our business and send a clear message to our existing clients and the property industry at large that we are expanding.”
