Seymours has relocated its Woking office to a new modern showroom office in the Victoria Place shopping centre.
The independent 20-branch estate agency based predominantly in Surrey, said the move marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth.
The new 3,000 sq ft flagship office space has been designed with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure that it is one of the most environmentally friendly and technologically advanced estate agency offices anywhere in the UK.
The Woking team has grown from just two partners 21 years ago to now employing 85 staff spread across five local offices in Woking.
One of the partners Franco Orlando said: “After two decades of supporting Woking's residents in their home moves, it's time for Seymours to make our own move.
“Our stunning new premises not only reflects our growth and maturity as a market leader but also our dedication to creating a more enjoyable and efficient environment for our employees to perform at their best.”

Seymours Prestige Homes are also relocating our Woking HQ from Horsell to the Victoria Place premises.
