Pattinson Estate Agency has acquired NS Bennett Estate Agents, a well-established estate agency in the North East town of Stanley and the surrounding areas.
It is Pattinsons third acquisition in just six months.
The news comes just months after their takeover of Ryedales Estate Agency in Cramlington, and Browns in Stockton and Norton, taking the number of Pattinson branches to 28.
Group managing director Justin Beckwith, said: “This is another great addition for us as a company as a whole, as well as for our sales, lettings and commercial departments.
“We have 27 branches spanning across the North East, and this 28th Pattinson branch gives us a presence in Stanley central. I would like to welcome the team from NS Bennetts, and founder and owner Stephen Bennett is assisting with the transition before enjoying his retirement.’
Similarly to Pattinson, NS Bennett and Associates is a local family company which has achieved more than five decades of success in the property industry within Stanley, Consett, Durham and Chester-Le Street. The staff boast a combined experience and knowledge of over 100 years in local estate agency experience.
Owner, Stephen Bennet is set to retire.
