The Buying Solution names new boss

The Buying Solution (TBS) has promoted Will Watson as the new head of the buying agency.

TBS is the independent buying consultancy for Knight Frank and specialises in both London and country property searches. In the past it has transacted on in excess of £150m worth of property purchases on behalf of clients.

Watson joined TBS four years ago as head of London and has continued to build on his reputation for acquiring properties in the super prime space.

During his buying career, Watson has become known as being one of London’s leading buying agents and being responsible for acquiring some of the city’s most exclusive properties, with the majority being completely off-market.

He started his career as a selling agent at Winkworth in South Kensington, then spent the next 13 years with Savills and Strutt & Parker, selling super-prime properties across central London.
