Agency network unveils AI-powered website for vendors

Premium estate agency network By Design has launched a new artificial intelligence (AI)-backed website for potential and current vendors.

The By Design website reorders itself, and delivers different messaging if a customer is registered as, for example, a vendor, and then changes again depending on what stage of the ‘sales process’ they are at.

The site then provides tailored messaging for vendors as they complete an instant online valuation, request and receive a market appraisal and even when the instruction is won by a By Design agent, or not.

This is achieved using Lifesycle’s CRM software and the front-end ‘Neuron’ website that the Iceberg Digital team has built – a new venture for the proptech company.
