Knight Frank has announced a significant promotion in its London residential sales business.
Chelsea Whelan has been appointed regional partner for North, City & East London: she joined the high-end agency eight years ago as a negotiator in the Mayfair office. In 2019 she became sales manager in Notting Hill and was later promoted to partner, before becoming head of Islington and King’s Cross sales in 2022.
In her new role he will oversee the performance of Knight Frank’s sales offices across North, City and East London and, according to a company statement, “will help drive collaboration across the wider Knight Frank network.”
