Strutt & Parker has extended its National Country House Department in Scotland.
Annabel Blackett, associate, has been appointed to cover the prime and super-prime markets north of the border, as well as the northern counties.
She joined Strutt & Parker’s National Country House Department in 2022 and quickly built an impressive track record in prime country sales from its London head office. As a native to Scotland, she relocates as part of the National Country House team to work alongside Strutt & Parker’s offices in Edinburgh, Perth, Inverness, Morpeth and Harrogate, as well as working in partnership with the Estates & Farms teams in these regions.
Oliver Custance Baker, head of Strutt & Parker’s National Country House Department said: “The markets in the north of England and Scotland have seen increasing amounts of activity for residential and rural property in recent years.
“As the market continues to grow, we want to offer our clients a personal service with a talented advisor on the ground, who has an intrinsic knowledge of these markets. Annabel is an incredibly skilled country house agent and knows these markets well, so is perfectly placed to strengthen how we serve clients here.”
Blackett added: “Strutt & Parker has been selling the nation's finest homes for over 140-years, whether a country property, estate, or ancestral home.
“I am incredibly excited to combine the agency’s track record with the opportunity to return to Scotland and the North and make the most of the extensive network I have built up here over the years.
"I look forward to adding another layer to the trustworthy, personal, and bespoke service clients expect from Strutt & Parker, bringing the most remote and beautiful parts of this country - and its residents - within easier reach of high-net-worth buyers and our prime service offering.”
