A former eXp UK agent, described as a top performer, has joined upmarket self-employed rival Moveli.
Jason Scott, who has also previously worked in senior roles for Barnard Marcus and KFH, brings 24 years of experience in West London to the role.
Scott states on LinkedIn that he has successfully been selling properties and consulting customers on the local property market conditions in West London since 2000.
He said: “I have a wealth of experience having sold and advised through some historic market shifts including the dotcom crash, the 2007 global financial crisis and Brexit. All of which I feel prepares me for our current market conditions.
“I have a customer centric approach and believe in my success through service.”
Moveli has been running for more than six years and, according to its website, its agents have 17.5 years’ experience on average and achieved 98.1% of asking price last year.
The brand’s co-founder Ben Littlewood said: “We are very pleased to welcome Jason Scott to Moveli and believe the move from eXp shows that brand is still a very important factor when choosing which brokerage to align with.
“Becoming a self-employed agent is all about the individual, and in the upper market, the brand environment is an important asset that shouldn’t be overlooked.”
