Upstix launches new-build part exchange partnership

This collaboration also allows MCR and estate agency group Spicerhaart to help more people purchase a property and find a buyer for their current home.

Fred Jones, chief operating officer at Upstix, said: “We are really excited to embrace this partnership with MCR Property Group, promising an enhanced property buying and selling experience in Aylesbury.

“Everyone is familiar with part exchange when buying a car, and it’s great to bring this hassle-free service to moving home. We are committed to working closely with Spicerhaart to help promote the PX program effectively as well as to maximise opportunity”

Michael Fenlon, director at MCR Property Group, said the partnership will boost plot sales and provide customers with a seamless and efficient buying experience.

He added: “MCR customers will be able to move confidently, without the risk of a sale falling through, and avoid any complications in the chain, ultimately enhancing our growth and customer satisfaction."

Jessica Hodgson, regional sales director at Spicerhaart Hew Homes, said: “We’re looking forward to seeing this development being delivered, with these 64 new residential homes significantly enhancing the choice of homes for those in Aylesbury. We are excited to support Upstix and MCR Property Group in their efforts to streamline the property buying and selling process, making it easier for individuals and families looking to move to Aylesbury."
