The aim is to boost plot sales for MCR Property Group.
MCR recently gained a £22.4m loan for the development of 64 residential homes in Aylesbury.
This collaboration also allows MCR and estate agency group Spicerhaart to help more people purchase a property and find a buyer for their current home.
