Estate agency CRM Alto has been given a mobile upgrade.
Alto on mobile already lets agents view their calendar, manage their diary and look up contacts in the system via their phone, but now they can add feedback to the viewings they have conducted, book viewings on the go and schedule a repeat viewing.
Agents will also now be able to access the Property Valuation Report when viewing property details for an appraisal appointment on Alto on mobile.
Further enhancements coming soon include the ability to search and view property details on mobile. It follows a broader push from Alto to prioritise product development in 2024 based on user feedback, with its recently launched AI property descriptions feature another example of this.
Alto on mobile has grown in popularity since it launched in late 2022, with a weekly return rate of 78% and three-fifths of Alto users describing the feature as ‘useful’.Riccardo Dawson, chief operating officer at Alto and Houseful, said: “Many agents spend a significant amount of their time outside of the office conducting viewings and valuations and it’s crucial that Alto enables them to complete key tasks regardless of their location.
“The recent improvements to Alto on mobile are just the beginning with plenty more coming in the coming months to drive further efficiencies for agents.”
