Countrywide Land & New Homes hails 'significant instruction'

Countrywide Land & New Homes has been appointed by Harcourt to market Tobacco Warehouse, a major redevelopment of the world’s largest brick warehouse in the Liverpool Docks.

The landmark Tobacco Warehouse building is at the centre of Liverpool’s most ambitious regeneration programme. Stanley Dock and the surrounding Ten Streets area are being brought back to life with an injection of new hotels, restaurants, leisure and creative businesses, including the new Everton Football Club stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.

Phase one of the Tobacco Warehouse has finished building at the western end of the warehouse and is now in the final stages of selling, with the one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses ready to move into now.

Countrywide Land & New Homes will be marketing the remaining New York loft-style apartments and penthouses at Tobacco Warehouse via its local estate agency brand Entwistle Green, providing local market expertise and mortgage services while harnessing the strengths of Countrywide’s national new homes team and applicant database.

Andrew Molloy, Countrywide Land & New Homes’ head of new homes for North Wales, West & Birmingham, said:  “This is a significant instruction for us.

Harcourt is an esteemed developer with a fantastic track record in developing and repurposing this type of historic building to produce something very special, so we’re thrilled to be supporting Pat and the team at Harcourt with this outstanding project. A superb vision of an iconic building made great once again, creating a thriving community, a new place to live, work and play.

“We expect Tobacco Docks to be incredibly popular, for owner occupiers or as investment opportunity, so we’ll be utilizing the services and expertise from across our group, including sales, marketing, lettings, mortgages and more, to provide the best service possible to our client.”
