Six out of the UK’s top 10 conveyancers are now aboard a new transactions platform that aims to speed up property purchasing.
Movemnt - part of the Houseful industry supplier group, which includes Zoopla - says it’s crucial to integrate with a wide range of conveyancers, including smaller more regional firms and large firms with national scale.
Through its integration with LMS, it is now partnered with six of the top 10: it names these as Taylor Rose; ONP; Talbots; Gorvins; Muve and LPL. These conveyancers are active across all regions of the UK.
Ric Dawson, chief operating officer of software at Houseful, says: “The key to delivering against Movemnt’s ambition to become the number one national home transaction infrastructure is ensuring that we have a strong network of best-in-class partners. Our network of leading conveyancers is proof that steps are being taken to deliver on this shared vision.”
And Sharon Beedham of ONP adds:”We are fully supportive of Movemnt's ambition to speed up the property purchasing process and are proud to be part of this journey … we will continue to support brokers and clients with a comprehensive range of market-leading legal property services which are digital when they can be, and personal when they need to be.”
Houseful claims that the benefits for conveyancers who join the Movemnt network include gaining immediate access to case details at the outset of the purchase access to customers in other Houseful tools such as Alto, Yourkeys and Zoopla; and reduced hassle through clients chasing progress.
