Leaders Romans Group unveils eco-boards

Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has unveiled redesigned estate agency boards to promote its carbon-neutral status.

In collaboration with supplier Kremer Signs, the boards are made from fully recyclable materials.

This redesign is part of LRG's broader sustainability efforts, which have helped it achieve carbon-neutral status for two consecutive years, eight years ahead of a 2030 target.

Kiersty Sims, marketing director at LRG, said: “As part of our commitment to sustainability and brand cohesion, we have redesigned our agency boards to give our brands a fresh, more unified look.

“By standardising their proportions, we’re enhancing brand consistency across the group. Additionally, we’re proud to use recycled and recyclable materials in our new boards, underscoring our dedication to sustainable practices. This redesign also allows us to prominently share our carbon-neutral status, setting us apart as more people across the UK prioritise environmentally conscious choices.”

Gary Gosney, managing director at Kremer Signs, added: “We are thrilled to support LRG in their commitment to sustainability. Our eco-boards are designed to provide the same high-quality signage while significantly reducing environmental impact. It's partnerships like these that drive meaningful change in the industry.”

Not as environmentally friendly as the old plywood boards which have completely disappeared. All the wood is from sustainable forests and uses a much lower carbon footprint than recycling plastics. And apart from being great free advertising for us, boards are hardly needed these days and the most responsible thing to do would be not to use them!
