Savills has expanded its residential sales team with two new appointments in South Buckinghamshire.
Adam Harris and Sophie Male have joined the Beaconsfield office as sales negotiators.
Harris has worked in the property sector for three years and was previously based at Cameron in Greater London. Male, who started working in the property industry four years ago, was previously at local agent Bonners and Babingtons in Princes Risborough.
Harris said: “Having lived in Beaconsfield for the last 25 years I know the area and its property market well. Joining Savills felt like a very natural step and the perfect fit for my career. The office has an accomplished track record and I’m very excited to work with the team.”
Male added: “I live in Lacey Green so know the Chilterns, Beaconsfield and its surrounds extremely well. Savills has a strong network of offices in South Buckinghamshire and I’m excited to join and work with what is a very experienced and successful team. It is an amazing opportunity to grow and progress.
“Beaconsfield and its surrounding villages continue to be extremely popular and properties are highly sought after. We are looking forward to a busy end of the year, with lots of exciting instructions in the pipeline.”
Adam and Sophie will be working alongside head of office Ben Dommett and associate director Tamsin Scott.
Commenting on their appointments, Dommett said: “We are delighted to welcome Sophie and Adam on board. We are always keen to attract top talent within core areas of our business and their arrival ensures the evolution of our team continues and the services we offer clients is further enhanced. They fit our team dynamic brilliantly and their skillsets and expertise will undoubtedly help to further strengthen our capacity.”
