Zoopla seals developer listings deal

Bloor Homes, the UK’s largest non-listed housebuilder has signed a 12-month contract Zoopla.

All Bloor Homes' 80 developments across all nine regions in England will list on the property portal.

As Bloor Homes’ partner of choice, Zoopla will also support the company’s marketing across the development life cycle for schemes in areas including Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.

Founded in 1969, Bloor Homes is currently the UK’s 9th largest housebuilder and is headquartered in Leicestershire. The builder has achieved five-star Home Builder customer satisfaction rating for the sixth year running, and currently offers a range of schemes to help buyers including a mortgage subsidy, assisted move, part exchange and deposit unlock.

Bloor Homes will have access to Zoopla’s data and tools as well as its In-Search Ads, designed to identify areas of high demand outside the immediate area of a development.

This is described as a very useful tool considering in some areas of the country up to 50% of new homes buyers are looking to move more than 10 miles away.

Mark Powell, group sales  and marketing director at Bloor Homes, said: “Our partnership with Zoopla is further commitment to ensuring we have the analytical data we need as a business to support our teams at every stage of the development lifecycle and across all our sites. We look forward to working with Zoopla over the coming year.”

Alex Rose, director of corporate agency and new homes at Zoopla, added: “As an award-winning housing housebuilder with a heritage of delivering quality homes, we’re delighted to welcome Bloor Homes to Zoopla. We’re looking forward to working closely with the talented team there to support their ambitious plans, driving commercial success and value at every stage of the development life cycle.”
