During a week in which fledgling trade group the Charter for Independent Estate and Letting Agents (CIELA) announced that it still intends to launch, founder Charlie Wright sat down with Graham Norwood, editor of Estate Agent Today and Letting Agent Today, for a video interview.
In the interview, Wright explains why his organisation’s aggressive stance against anyone or any agency undermining the integrity of the industry will continue.
He says that his group will continue to throw a spotlight on what it considers to be unfair or misleading advertisements, inappropriate conduct or unfair claims which, in its eyes, damage the public perception of estate agency.
