As the self-employed estate agency market continues to grow in the UK, one of Australia's most succesful proponents of the model tells all on the challenges he's faced over the years.
Chris Henry, principal of Rover Realty, based in New South Wales, tells industry consultant and interview supremo Chris Watkin about how he runs a £10 million-a-year (in fees) agency, which runs from a one-office hub with 16 self-employed agents.
Henry is the son of Joan Henry, who founded River Realty in 2001. He tells Watkin why he's proud to carry on his family’s legacy and their one-office operation.
