Thought-provoking video series for agents and landlords launches today

A new thought-provoking five-part video series is launching to the industry today. ‘Simon says…’ is being hosted by Property Tribes with special guest Simon Shinerock, Chairman of Choices Estate Agency.

The videos – which are a must-see for every agent and landlord – focus on a post-Covid-19 world and how the global pandemic has accelerated the rate of change in the property market.

Focusing on a different part of the industry each day, the videos provide agents and landlords with guidance on how best to ride the wave of change and mitigate increased risks.

Simon Shinerock has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector and shares valuable insights about life for property professionals and enthusiasts in a post-Covid-19 market. Simon has always been an innovator in estate agency and last year released the Advanced Rent Option, which allows landlords to receive a year's rent in advance.
