In a video interview for Estate Agent Today, property professional Chris Buckler speaks to Justin and Victoria Bhoday - a married couple with over 46 years of experience and high street estate agency veterans.
They explain why they decided to quit the high street and start their own joint business with Keller Williams UK.
The couple discuss the thinking behind their decision, as well as the benefits and challenges they expect to encounter under the self-employed model.

Justin, who previously worked for Kinleigh Folkhard and Hayward, says the idea that they could work together has always been ‘utopian’ and that they made the decision after 2020 ‘changed everything’ in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic and working from home.
Meanwhile, Victoria, who has also worked at KFH and Dexters, says there is a huge earning potential for the self-employed model, especially with most work currently being carried out virtually. She adds that being able to start the business immediately is another benefit of going self-employed.
