Property Sharing Experts, the breakaway Team network of independent agents in the South-West, has made major strides.

It has recruited 24 new member offices, bringing the total number to nearly 80, covering an area from Penzance to Bristol. The organisation also has a new computer system.

The multi-listing concept means that all the offices work together as a ‘Super’ agency, sharing properties with the others to reach more buyers and sell more homes for clients, offering more online and in-office sales and marketing exposure than any other agent in the South-West – all for a sole agency fee.

The network was formerly Westcountry Team, and the new member agents cover areas in Truro, North Devon, and throughout Somerset and Bristol.

The new computer system links all of the agencies as well as providing a main portal, so every property listed in every member branch now features not only on the portal, but other main portals and each of the nearly 80 connected websites.

The system gives sellers a personal log-in, allowing them to check on the progress of their sale or marketing activities as well as viewings information and feedback 24/7. Buyers can enter their search criteria and are alerted when new properties come on to the market by both email and SMS.

The network also offers an auction facility, plus its own fixed ‘no sale, no fee’ conveyancing service provided by a panel of local solicitors.

Steve Moir, chairman of the Property Sharing Experts network, said: “We are thrilled to welcome new members to the network and to have significantly expanded our territory.

“All of our estate agency members are independent and well established with extensive local knowledge and experience, and we are all proud of the levels of repeat business and personal recommendations we receive.

“Being a member of the network comes with a great amount of benefits – for the agencies and their staff as well as home buyers and sellers.”

The Property Sharing Experts is also on Facebook and Twitter and apps are also available.

This type of multi listing offers great value - seller just pays one fee but gets lots of agents in the area working for them; it worked for me

The little agent in Truro has jsut of 90 properties for yet their web site is clogged up with 288 pages, why would a vendor suffer that?

This concept is already widely used in Spain where I lived for 5 years, and our site will be accepting 10,000 properties from infocasa in Spain in a couple of weeks.

It works but does cause confusion when you are in the office of one estate agent to organise a viewing for a property you saw on their site but which actually was listed by a different agent who then needs to be contacted separately to organise the viewing.

    Apart from that it's OK.
