Franchising chain Century 21 UK has opened two new branches in England.
One is at Woolton Village, Liverpool, owned by Ian Ambrose and Dan Pennington. The other is in Croydon, owned by father and son duo Will and David Parke.
Earlier this year, the Century 21 UK licence was acquired by mortgage and valuations business Shepherd Direct Group, which announced ambitious plans for growing the network.

Blimey
In a world with Hunters, Winkworth, Xperience and.......Century21 they pick Century21 with the marketing and desirability of a clap infested Etheopian Transsexual prostitute
God bless em and all that don't instruct them

The only benefit to buying a franchise is trading on the back of a good name. If nobody in you "neighbourhood" (checkout the American lingo!) has heard of C21 you would have been far better off being called Bill and Daves.
Sorry just my humble opinion.
Feeling sorry for these guys and hope they have A LOT of working capital
One of the worst franchises out there with poor customer service and zero advertising. We had our property with one of their offices in London for months and their service was appalling.
Good luck Century 21. Great models. Pleased INEA is able to bring you more listings.
Good franchises to look into, fronted by a very capable Louise Jeffries
