The ESTAS Group, which runs the national customer feedback scheme and produces the largest annual awards event for the residential agency sector, has announced a new partnership with the global rating and reviews company Feefo.
Feefo is a company requesting genuine customer reviews on behalf of businesses. It works with firms including Expedia, The White Company and Monarch Airlines and claims to generate a review every 2.4 seconds. Founded in 2010 it has offices in the UK, US, Asia and Australia, and works with over 2,500 brands in total.
With The ESTAS Group, it will work on recognising excellence in customer service and, in their words, “building trust and transparency across the property industry.”
Initially the partnership will involve cross-promotion and subscription offers; The ESTAS has also announced a new award category which will be presented to the best performing Feefo member agent.
“There’s a lot of synergy between the two organisations, both being committed to highlighting excellent customer service in the property sector. [The] combined feedback provides valuable data for firms who want to improve their services” says Simon Brown, ESTAS founder.
Andrew Mabbutt, chief executive of Feefo, says that the UK property sector is “a huge focus” for his company “and one where we know genuine verified customer feedback can make a big difference. Like The ESTAS our mission is to help estate agents who are delivering great service to their customer base and showcase it.”
ESTAS awards are based purely on customer feedback about agents.
