Three former staff members of Countrywide have been recruited to management positions in Haart.
James Dowling, Jason Carlisle and Matthew Jenvey are now regional partners overseeing 36 Haart branches in areas from the Thames Valley to the north and west of the UK.
“Managers with their knowledge of the industry and experience in nurturing staff are invaluable to a large business like ours, which relies on great people to get the excellent results” says Haart managing director Russell Jervis.
Dowling manages 14 Haart branches in the north, including around 100 staff. Jason Carlisle, a regional partner based in Plymouth, is managing 10 branches including those at Swindon, Bristol and Exeter with around 45 staff.
Matthew Jenvey from Andover, who has been in estate agency for 24 years, will manage 12 Haart branches and around 40 staff in the Thames Valley.
Countrywide recently announced a substantial closure programme of local offices across the country.
