A new portal, New Home Finder, has agreed a contract with Redrow to market its entire UK portfolio, including forthcoming developments, which totals over 162 schemes.
This is a major boost for New Home Finder, which launched as a pilot in Yorkshire last year and now aims to roll out nationwide. It already has 15 other developers registered including Keepmoat, Miller, Linden Homes, Avant Homes and Strata.
As well as displaying the developments available within a user’s search radius, the site offers advice and a forum for the exchange of information between new home buyers.
The portal is currently achieving more than 50,000 page views per month, and says it is increasing on average by 15 per cent month on month.
The business lists across 12 UK regions; it has a target of listing over 2,500 new developments and achieving over two million page views per month.
“New Home Finder is already achieving almost double the session time of the current [new homes] market leader and higher conversion of traffic to leads. We are offering new home builders a more cost effective online advertising option with a low price point for quality lead generation whilst at the same time satisfying visitors with a one stop shop for the entire new home buying process” according to Martin Hoyle, chief executive of the portal.
