The shortlist for the final - and possibly most significant - category of this year's ESTAS has been announced.
The People Awards sponsored by Eurolink is a special category which puts the spotlight on individual staff who have consistently gone the extra mile to help clients. Just 20 members of agency staff have been shortlisted from across all the firms who took part in this years’ competition.
"Nominations for this category are based on feedback we received from 30,000 customers in this year’s competition. Over 3,500 staff were eligible but only 20 could make the final list” explains ESTAS founder, Simon Brown.
Five of the 20 will be presented with a ‘Highly Commended’ People Award trophy at The ESTAS which take place on April 15 at the Grosvenor House, where TV property celebrity Phil Spencer will make the presentation in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
“This is a very special category to receive a nomination for” says Simon Brown.
“The category really highlights the fact that the estate and letting agent industry is a people business and always will be.”
