Property industry recruitment firm Macdonald & Company has expanded its residential division with three new appointments.
Christopher Humphrey and Keeleigh Goodridge join from Deverell Smith and specialise respectively in regional country residential agencies and new homes; Sam Pearman has joined from Dove and Hawk and specialises in estate agency.
“Our dedicated residential team, which was established a little under a year ago, has made exceptional progress in delivering quality led human resource solutions particularly to clients who had become fatigued with poor service provision in this key market sector” claims managing director Peter Moore.
Macdonald & Company’s residential division handles recruitment of sales and lettings staff, new homes, property management and support staff. The firm describes itself as “the leading professional recruitment consultancy for the real estate and built environment sectors” and is the preferred recruitment partner of the RICS.
