The traditional spring season of expansions and new offices continues apace with a series of announcements in recent days.
Essex-based Balgores Property Group has just opened a branch in Ongar, its second new office opening in the last nine months. The new office is being overseen by branch manager Lee Davey.
Launched in 2002, Balgores Property Group has quickly become one of the largest agencies in Essex and Kent, with nine offices across the two counties.
Meanwhile Century 21 UK says the owner of its Cameron Adams (Leytonstone) and Stratford offices, Kamran Younis, has renewed his agreement with the franchisor which will extend the relationship across both offices to a 25-year term.
Cameron Adams (Leytonstone) became part of the group 10 years ago and Kamran recently signed his third five-year renewal agreement.
London-based buying agency Sourcing Property is to launch a block management service - this comes, the firm says, as a result of the poor quality of some block management spotted by the agency’s founder Jo Eccles.
Finally Connells Residential has promoted three of its lettings area managers to area directors. Mark Alvis, Karen Trace and Graham Weldon take up their new roles with immediate effect as part of Connells’ plans to grow its national network of lettings offices.
