Agency joining franchise giant says move will "enhance online presence"

Franchise giant Hunters is launching three new offices, previously trading as the independent Drewery & Wheeldon Estate Agents.

The Lincolnshire indie, first established 137 years ago, joins the Hunters network this week but will keep its current staff. This takes the Hunters-labelled branch total up to 170.

“Adopting the Hunters franchise model will greatly enhance our online presence, allow easier access to property information and provide the resources for our terrific team to deliver an even better service than we already do and are known for” explains David Jackson, owner and managing director of Drewery & Wheeldon.

“By working closely with our nearby Hunters offices in Lincoln, Scunthorpe and Woodhall Spa, we’ll be able to cover more ground whilst also having direct access to expertise across the country from the 170 branch network. By expanding our offering under the Hunters umbrella, we really offer more than any other agent in our area” he claims.

Hunters, which floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2015, says it has “a strong pipeline for opening new branches throughout 2016.”
