80 branch agency network becomes 'the Experts in Property'

The network of independent estate agents known as the Property Sharing Experts has become the Experts in Property.

The change of name comes with a full rebrand and has been implemented after months of research and consultations.

A new logo has been designed, which the South West agent network believes 'perfectly portrays the approach and values of its members'.

All 80 member agencies will now be adopting the network's new branding in marketing material, on websites and in branches.

The branding will also appear on member agents' boards all over the network's patch which covers Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Bristol.

“We have expanded rapidly since we became the Property Sharing Experts and the old green logo just didn’t cover a wide enough geographical area anymore," says Steve Moir, chairman of the Experts in Property.

"We are not call centres, we are highly experienced, local agents on the ground and as such we needed branding to reflect that – the old name and logo just wasn’t good enough."

“The new branding is fresh, unmistakeable and much more adequately reflects the professionalism and services of our agency members," he adds.

"It also has greater adaptation qualities to work alongside and positively enhance our members’ own branding.”

Members of the Experts in Property Network share their property registers and benefit from subsidised training and a back office support team.
