Fine & Country says it is to return to the small screen with another round of TV advertising, building on its first sortie into this marketing area in 2016.
F&C ads will run on the Channel 4 group of TV outlets throughout March, April and May. The advert will be repeated again in the autumn.
The agency will also continue to advertise in what it regards as key print publications such as The Sunday Times, The Times and The Telegraph, as well as what it calls a “comprehensive online strategy.”
The agency is also to modernise its website including a 24/7 live chat feature powered by Yomdel, an instant valuation tool and lifestyle features showing the location of nearby shops, schools, restaurants and more.
Further features will be added to allow clients to mark their preferred time for a valuation or viewing.
Fine & Country also says it will inspect all of its offices “as well as random audits for existing offices” in a bid to monitor operating standards and ensure all branches are fully compliant with the latest legislation.
