Reapit, the provider of CRM software to much of the estate agency industry, has become one of the partners for the ESTAS 2017.
Reapit will sponsor and present one of the most prestigious categories, the People Awards, which recognise individuals working in firms in the competition who have given exceptional service their clients.
“Reapit’s reputation for providing the best service to our customers is perfectly in line with The ESTAS philosophy and I can’t wait to meet the winners on stage in May” explains the software firm’s director, Simon Whale.
The ESTAS - whose headline sponsor is Zoopla Property Group, and whose media partner is Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today - is a customer feedback platform and award scheme which recognises agents, brokers, conveyancers and suppliers in the property sector based on research conducted through customers around the UK.
The awards rate firms on the quality of customer service they provide to their clients during the home moving process; in 2016, over 25,000 customers took part.
The awards will be hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer, in front of an expected 1,000 at the event in London. You can see more details of the awards here.
