The National Association of Estate Agents has lured housing minister Gavin Barwell to speak at its conference next month.
Barwell will outline the government’s housing plans - which by then should have been revealed in the the long-awaited White Paper - and will take questions during a 20 minute session.
The conference is on February 9 at 155 Bishopsgate in London, and will have amongst its other speaking Peter Andrews from the Bank of England, Miles Shipside from Rightmove and Mark Palmer from Pret A Manger.
“The housing market continues to dominate the political and news agenda, so we’re thrilled to have secured the housing minister as a speaker. It’s now more important than ever that we understand what the government has planned for housing in the immediate and longer-term” says David Mackie, NAEA president.
You can find more details of the conference here.
