Prominent south east property figure Adam Howell has joined Leaders to oversee its sales operations in Surrey and Kent.
Howell, who has 14 years experience in the industry, is charged with growing the company’s sales services across the region.
“After working for several well established estate agents, I was attracted to Leaders by the opportunity to be involved in something that is growing at a rapid rate and has huge potential over the coming years” says Howell.
The branch network of Property Service Holdings - parent company of Leaders since its merger with Romans a year ago - has doubled in size in the past three years, and says it plans to double again by the early 2020s.
“I am extremely passionate about supporting and developing our people to help them achieve their goals” says Howell, who has recently worked with agencies in Essex.

Interesting one this, Leaders niche was lettings and when revenues dried up they became a sales agent like everyone else. They lost their niche and some of the sheen came off the brand too in my view, aggressive acquisition in a tough market may not work out as planned!
