Fine & Country has now opened its latest office in the Kent town of Tunbridge Wells.
The firm says that strategically, this branch complements the neighbouring offices in West Malling, Uckfield, Cranbrook and Tenterden, covering Kent and East Sussex.
With a Sevenoaks branch scheduled to open this spring, the firm says it now has the largest number of offices in the region that specialise in the upper end of the market.
Nationally and internationally Fine & Country now operate from almost 300 locations.
Gavin Curd, the managing director of the firm’s activities in the region, says: “We are extremely proud that we have opened what is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious estate agency businesses in the south east. Fine & Country is already recognised as being amongst the most respected estate agency brands nationally and internationally. A recent survey indicated that 98.96 per cent of clients would recommend our services.”
