GetAgent, an estate agent comparison website, has won investment from a growth fund that also provides a 10 month advertising campaign on Channel 4 and its sister channels.
Last year GetAgent won attention throughout the industry by calculating how ‘local’ Purplebricks' local property experts really were; it has also produced a series of reports on the performance of both High Street and online agencies.
Now it has announced “a substantial investment from Channel 4’s Capital Growth Fund.”
This is a media-for-equity deal which will give GetAgent ads on Channel 4, E4, Dave, Alibi and other channels in a 10 month TV campaign starting on Monday May 14.
The Capital Growth Fund is also involved in the potential tie up between online agencies Emoov and Tepilo, which we reported yesterday evening.
Already partnered with 6,000 estate agents across the country, GetAgent matches vendors with the best estate agents in their area based on the agent’s recent performance.
