The Guild of Property Professionals is set to launch in Northern Ireland later this month.
The 800-strong network of independent estate agents believes its offering will complement the best independent agents operating in Northern Ireland.
Earlier this year, the network - which is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2018 - began its move into Northern Ireland by signing up Wilsons Auctions as its first member.
"Membership to The Guild focuses on three principles. Saving them money, making them money and helping them to remain compliant," says Iain McKenzie, chief executive of The Guild.
"This is achieved by giving members access to a range of marketing solutions, additional revenue generators, such as the nationwide referral programme and Paul Offley, The Guild’s compliance officer.”
McKenzie, formerly a Countrywide director, says the network will be asking its new Northern Irish members to help shape its future both locally and nationally.
"Our marketing committee and national advisory council will have Northern Ireland representation," he says.
"It is an exciting time for The Guild and we are delighted to be embarking on a new journey into previously unchartered territory."
To mark the expansion, The Guild is hosting an invitation-only launch event at the Titanic Belfast on September 20.
