One of the founder agencies of the new Boomin portal, scheduled to launch in the New Year, has also rejoined Zoopla.
Farrell Heyworth, a high profile agency in the North West of England, has this week listed over 2,000 properties from its seven branch hubs with the portal.
Jeremy Collins, group director at Farrell Heyworth, says: “This year we have made a lot of changes at Farrell Heyworth consolidating the branch network into Hub branches or Super Branches whilst still operating in all of our North West markets.
“Returning to Zoopla will help support our super branch proposition, offering vendors’ and landlords’ properties the widest possible exposure to the market. 2021 will be our 30th year helping clients move and find a new home in the North West.”
Last week Collins endorsed the new Boomin portal saying: “Boomin have an innovative approach, some exciting ideas to enhance the client and agent experience and a desire to include agents and therefore we look forward to supporting them, engaging with the Boomin team and being part of the journey.”
Zoopla reported branch numbers were at a three year high with over 18,000 branches and new home sites choosing to partner with the portal.
Commenting on the return, Andy Marshall - Zoopla’s chief commercial officer - says: “Farrell Heyworth are one of the leading agents in the North West of England and their teams are renowned for their knowledge of the local market and willingness to go the extra mile for homemovers. We’ve delighted that they’ve chosen to again partner with Zoopla, recognising that our goals of driving more leads and providing even better service are aligned with theirs.”
