A north of England agency is opening two new branches which will also have coffee shops and deli counters.
Redbrik’s two new offices in Sheffield - one on the site of a former Le Bistrot Pierre restaurant - will each have a Raffina Coffee & Deli, which will represent the agency’s first move into the hospitality sector.
“Raffina will bring authentic Italian flavours, high-quality ingredients, and world-class service, to the people of Sheffield” pledges the agency.
One will open next month and the other in March.
Redbrik managing director Mark Ross says: “We've always been avid supporters of the high street, and our local community. We wholeheartedly believe that by creating quality new office and social spaces within the communities we serve; we are enriching the local area. We hope they will become treasured community hubs.
“While 2020 has limited social contact, we're confident 2021 will bring more normality, particularly allowing us to meet in person to create deeper relationships with our clients, providing a better, more personal service.”

Interesting idea.
Most high profile agencies have slick coffee machines next level!!
Plenty agents ex barrisiters too haha
Jolly good luck to them! I have often wondered if such a concept could work whether it's a coffee shop, bookshop, whatever floats your boat. What I would say, however, is it does rather prove that if the concept of a High St estate agent office is not sufficient to draw people in, is it worth having a high street office?
My boss keeps saying he wants to do the same... Good luck to them, maybe this time next year I too will be selling coffee and flats!
