Many agents will be closed on New Year’s Day - the last Bank Holiday for some months and at the start of what may be another challenging year.
We can hope for better things in 2021 but the short-term prospects for Coronavirus and lockdowns appear bleak; however, the market is almost certain to remain busy as buyers and sellers aim to beat the stamp duty deadline and continue to seek a brighter lifestyle emerging from the darkness of 2020.
