Free to list portal Residential People has launched a market intelligence platform called Prospr.
This has been developed with the aim of helping agencies send more precise marketing data to potential movers, who can then make more informed decisions.
Alongside an automated valuation model, Prospr produces detailed factual property reports for sellers and buyers.
The home-mover data is captured at the point of enquiry and can be nurtured within an existing CRM or with Residential People’s soon-to-launch marketing tool called nurturingAI.
According to the portal the website based widget “allows agents to deliver accurate and targeted property valuations, powered by in-depth hyperlocal market intelligence such as sold prices, local demographics, transport hubs and more.”
